Take a 10-30 minute walk every day, and while you walk Smile, it is the ultimate anti-depressant.

Sit in silence at least 20 minutes each day.

Live with the 3 E’s: Energy-Enthusiasm-Empathy.

Take time to practice meditation, yoga, or stretching, and a prayer.

They provide us with daily fuel.

Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants, and less food that is manufactured in plants.

Try to make at least three people smile each day.

Don’t waste your energy on gossip, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you can’t control.

Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn.

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out credit card.

Try and pay an honest compliment to someone you wouldn’t normally.

Life isn’t fair but it’s still good.

Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

Don’t take yourself seriously, nobody else does.

You don’t have to win every argument, agree to disagree.

Make peace with your past, so it won’t spoil the present,

Don’t compare your life to others, you have no idea what their journey is all about.

No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

Frame every so called disaster with these words: in 5 years will this matter?

Forgive everyone for everything.

Your job won’t take care of you when you’re sick, your friends will stay in touch.

Get rid of anything that isn’t beautiful or joyful.

Envy is a waste of time, you already have all you need.

The best is yet to come.

Call your family often.

Remember you are to blessed to be stressed.

However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, and show up.

Spend more time with people under 6 and over 70.

Friends are the flowers in the garden of life.

Enjoy the ride. You have only one ride through life so make the most of it and enjoy the ride.
